got a nasty cold
Hey I am 9weeks pregnant and got this nasty cold and sore throat. I dont like honey or lemon but what else can help me try get rid of this cold?? Thanks
Your not allowed to take Sudafed till your 12 weeks. So dont take that.
Sudafed with nothing else in it is what my doctor recommended if nothing else worked.
Peppermint tea. And a tsp of honey and two slices of lemon in hot water helps to soothe the throat. Orange juice helps too.
