So i had a doctor's appointment today she said my belly measuring up at 33 weeks but says iam 31 weeks ..so iam i 33 weeks
Yeah exactly, as in belly not baby! :-)

Even a scan is inaccurate at this stage ^
Some moms carry big and others small. When I was 33 weeks I was still carrying like I was 30 weeks, but my midwife said everyone carries different and it's nothing to worry about unless your uterus has stopped growing for a long period of time.

No, there very inaccurate, wait until you have a scan they will tell you then. But there still very inaccurate! :-)
