My sister had this issue for all 5 of her pregnancies. It lasted a few months for her and went away by 3 or 4 months each time. I kinda had the same issue, but I'd find myself doing it to keep myself from full on getting sick.

Be careful with chewing gum almost every gum has aspartame in it which is very harmful to you and your baby.

I've had this spitting problem for both of my pregnancies. When I'm home, I collect empty water bottles and spit in them. When I'm in public, I chew sugar free gum. I've tried everything to stop spitting, however, nothing works except Chewing gum. To keep my breath fresh, I brush my teeth and rinse at least 3 to 5 times a day.

Yeah me too, I have spat all my pregnancies from the moment I found out all the way to labor. It's not nice but chewing gum helps alot especially when at work/away from home.

That always happens to me at the very beginning of my pregnancy. But it goes away by week 10 thankfully.

The EXACT same thing started for me about 3-4 weeks ago. I tried a couple remedies for excessive saliva none of which helped me one of which was putting ground cinnamon under your tongue. My OBGYN suggested I drink more water which also was unsuccessful. BUT I have found the perfect remedy for me. If I chew trident white gum I don't have to spit at all. I have to chew it almost constantly but it beats spitting and the gum comes in a 8.7 oz bag that lasts a long time. Hope that helps ☺
