Contractions
I am so uncomfortable at the moment and its been like that for a couple of days. I keep getting contractions sometimes they come every 10 to 20 min or sometimes every 30 min. Not only that I have intense back pain and heavy pressure on my groin. I'm a first time mom and by the way im 34 weeks. Is this normal to have contractions and feel like that?

You may be in early stages of labor.
I'm a stm and I'm 38 weeks. I have been having contractions for the past month or two and it is normal. If you start getting contractions every 5 mins or less and are about 60-90 sec. Long then call your doctor or go in. Hope this helps. :)
