I'd say put baby in your room baby will keep her up, you don't want a cranky child and a crying baby to deal with. Once baby is sleeping through, then put baby in with her x
Put baby in your room in a bassinet to begin with then as the baby gets older put him in his crib.
In my opinion. Its not safe to put an infant in a room with a toddler or preschooler. The older one means well but they will try and mimic what you do when you are not around such as feed them table food, change them, rock the crib, give them toys (big kid ones), and even puck the baby up when its crying at night. You dont want your preschooler playing mommy at 1am, 12am, etc when you are too sleep to hear it on the monitor.. just my opinion. I have a 5 yr old nephew and 3 yr old nephew and i constantly have to watch my 1 yr old even while he sleeps when they are around. They try all sorts of things.
Well we have a co sleeper that Gose on the side of the bed for easy night time access to baby, it work great for our first baby boy, we waited till he was about 3-4months then started putting him in his crib in his own room, this time we gonna do it the same, with our first in his big boy bed in the room with baby brother, I'm hoping it goes well
I'm pregnant with my second baby and we are in a 2 bedroom house now and I don't feel like moving when my husband is gonna get relocated in a year and half for work so what we are gonna do is .. put the baby in a basket for the first few months and when he gets alittle older he will be sharing a room with my 7 year old daughter
