DUE MAY 1ST, ANY ADVISE?

So my first was natural, second was csection and my doctor has me scheduled for a repeat c section on the 30th. Well long story short, I didn't get insurance until I was almost 30 weeks pregnant, so when it came time to getting a doc i couldn't pick. Well the Dr I got stuck with is insane. I don't like him at all, he has the worse reviews and the hospital he delivers at is the worse in town. Well today I went to another hospital and they said I'm more then welcome to go there when I go into labor but they can't schedule a c section because my Dr doesn't practice there and its to late for any of there drs to pick me up as a new patient. I want to just skip my c section but then I won't have any Dr if I really needed to be seen. What if I rupture..  Any advise?

Will the new/other hospital just assign you a doc when you come in in labor? If you go to the second choice hospital are you worried they wont treat you? Is your insurance accepted at both? Call your insurance and fins out who is a preferred provider at the second hospital. Would you feel better skipping the dr you don't like and just showing up at the ER of the other place? Sounds crummy but you have options.
