Can't sleep!!!

Can someone please help me! I'm 36 weeks and I can't sleep at night. Its after 5am where I am right now and I've been in bed for hours and I'm wide awake. I've tried so many things to get comfy but nothing is helping :( starting to worry now cause I'm going to be so tired when my little girl arrives that I want to sleep as much as I can now. So annoyed! Any suggestions?

I'm not that far along in mine. I'm only 7 weeks, but I wake up between 4 and 5 am and I'm a grouch. I wake my boyfriend up yelling at him, I don't mean to but it happens. I need my sleep or I'm bitchy I don't like it.

I started waking up early and walking for about an hour in the a.m and keeping myself busy throughout the day it helps me sleep so much better at night ofcoarse in between bathroom trips and waking up to braxton hicks contractions.

I've always been told a glass of milk and/or a banana before bed is good and helps you fall asleep. I do both it works for me :) I'm 35 weeks
