I had and still do the exact same pain as you guys I got it from around 22 weeks and I'm 31 weeks now I mentioned it to my midwife and she said I had what's called (pgp) or (SPD) pelvic girdle pain. She sent me to a physio who told me and other women with the same thing what type of things to avoide and exercises to help etc. She also fitted us with a maternity belt to help lift are bumps and to help elevate any pressure. She said that having that can effect your birthing positions and everything. My pains are in my back on the right hand side all around my pubic bone area and also down the inside of my legs. I'm on my 2nd pregnancy and didn't experience it with my first. So ladies I'd advise getting the belt as it really helps with it and we don't have to suffer till the end.

Yes I have...I'm 18 weeks and earlier in the week it was really bad only on the left side and felt like I pulled a muscle. Sleeping with a pillow between my legs helps and doing stretches...for me it's worse in the morning. I asked my Dr yesterday and he said it was normal.
Yes I'm 24 weeks and still have the pain it's just ur body changing to get ready for child birth
