Officially you count your pregnancy from the first day of your last period, so you can get pregnant on the second week (more or less). In case you are missing your period for 2 weeks it means you are 6 weeks pregnant. If this is what you mean go and see your doctor. It might be only that you do not have enough hormones, you will be given pills and things should be fine. Otherwise it might mean something worse, like in case of my first pregnancy :-( But do not worry too much until you talk to your doctor.

With my frist kid I spoting all the way up until i was 3 months with her and now with my 2nd pregnancy I'm 6 months and I have had a little bit of stoping. So times it happens just make sure to let your OB-GYN know and if they think if something to worry about they should let you know.

Did you have a blood test? How do you know your pregnant so early? I'd say since you are only 2-3 weeks, it's probably implantation bleeding. If the spotting gets heavy though or you start to cramp, it could indicate a miscarriage. You should be able to see something on ultrasound here in about a week or so.
