My miscarriage started with cramping and spotting at 8weeks 6 days.I went in and my Dr told me it had stopped developing at 6 weeks. I passed it a week later as a huge blood clot.

Last August I started spotting and let it go for a week because I usually do spot with every pregnancy. When I finally went to er the ultrasound showed fetal demise and that the baby stopped growing 2 weeks prior. I went home and it took another week to pass. It was so painful that it reminded me of actual labor with a term baby.

It can take up to a month and a half to Miscarry. You won't have any signs that the baby is gone until you Miscarry.

No. I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. We went to my first so no and they couldn't find a heartbeat. This was 9 weeks 3 days. I hadn't had any signs of a miscarriage,  no bleeding, cramps, nothing. I had to wait 5 days before I could have a dnc and didn't have any during that time either.
