Drugs/advice/health help

My cousin I know did not stay sober until now from her prescription drug addiction. She's 13 weeks and I know she was using all throughout until now (she's in treatment, I had no choice) I'm worried about the child in her stomach, if she gets sober and stays that way could there be a good chance the baby is okay? It worried me greatly since we are both about the same due date. I hope I made the right decision. Anyone else experience this and did the baby come out healthy? I'm praying.

The truth is GOD can heal all but the first trimester is when the baby do the developing n that a fragile time. The baby may appear to b healthy but.can go thru intense withdrawals in the womb n long term damage as in developmental delays, ADAD, and others u'll have to see when the baby gets of age. No one can b 100% BUT U R A TRUE FRIEND, concerned,  loving, n seem genuine.

I haven't experienced this but no had friends that did and the baby turned out healthy and ok. As long as she stops. And good for you for doing that. You definitely did the right thing. She may not understand now but will thank you one day.
