I had terrible nausea with my daughter (my first),and I took the b6 pill. Some days it helped and other day it didnt. I ate dry toast like it was going out of style. I had nausea in part of the second trimester too :(. Hopefully you find something that helps. My doc also told me  I could have half a vernors a day to help. Good luck

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I had to take unisom up until last week. I'm almost 37 weeks. My first 2 pregnancies I had very mild nausea with both. Those were both boys. This one is a girl and I was soooo sick. Couldn't keep anything down for months. Try unisom and b6. But not the capsule unisom. The regular pill.

Please I wish I could vomit. I just stay queasy all day. At least if you're vomiting you get relief

Peppermint oil is my best friend with all three of my children I have had severe nausea and the smell of the oil seems to help alleviate it some.
