I'm on Medicaid too. Superior health plan in Texas. They cover mine. I just have to call them once I have my baby and they'll send one over. Its an up to date electronic pump. I talked to them just today. 4/17/15

I am on medicaid and I called yesterday and they told me No they don't cover breast pumps. They told me to call wic and see if they will give me one.

Or your local wic can give you one too and i heard that for working moms they give this really good, expensive ones, I'm not on wic this time so I'm not sure if anything has changed in their policies. But it wouldn't hurt to call and ask!
