Extreme sciatica pain

Ok mommas I'm dying here. Any little wrong twist, bending over, getting up, basically anything I get a shooting pain in my right butt cheek. Like it damn near brings me to my knees when I'm walking or anything. I have been going to a chiropractor but I have had no improvements. Is there anything I can do at home to help? Anyone feeling the same but found relief. Please I'm desperate

I have been experiencing this as well. Stretching helps. There are many stretches on Pinterest that help with pictures. I have had a few prenatal massages. I do the stretches 2-3 times a day and notice a big difference. Hope this helps.

I am 33 wks & 3 days.i also have the same problem... I've had it for a long while already but I found that a warm or hot shower really helps... well it helps me at least. U can try it. I know the pain u feel becuase i get that same pain in the right butt cheek as well it hurts and it ***** not to be able to walk or sit or Lay down so don't worry try and warm or hot shower as soon as u feel that pain starting it should help.
