Feel like I have something stuck in my throat

I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my third child, I have severe sickness and still being sick regularly as I have a feeling that I have something stuck in my throat which disappears when I'm eating and swallowing but comes back shortly afterwards. I have been to doctors but he keeps putting it down to reflux have tried various remedies for reflux but none take this feeling away, has anyone else had this problem any advice would be great as it's getting me down as everything I eat doesn't stay down for long.

Make sure you eat small meals, do not lay down for 30 min after eating. If you could wait up to an hour, that's better. Stay away from tomato based products, chocolate,  and acidic foods. It really is the reflux. Do not drink with meals,  wait til after to drink anything.

If it's reflux, I sleep propped up on two pillows. I'll wake up without any irritation. Also, try to eat smaller meals and not so close to bed time as well.

It could be from vomiting so much as well. Magnesium oil applied like lotion helps with nausea and sea bands are also keeping me from vomiting as of yesterday. My nausea went overdrive since yesterday :(

I had a severe sinus infection that also gave me that feeling. Nasal rinse, flip turn nasal rinse cleared that up.

Not sure what other symptoms you have as you said you've been sick so can't say much else.

Hope you feel better.
