Listen little girl. Im not going to stoop down to your level.  And yes u r 100% free to ask what you want but the stuff u ask IS PLAIN COMMON SENSE.  Cant raise a baby without that so u should go get some before u have a child. Is it safe to iron your hair.  Is it safe to eat oreos? Come on now!  Bye

Niacin is a dietary supplement thats essential to your diet. its is vitamin b3. And no its is not harmful to your baby if you are taking it in the appropriate doses, but your prenatal vitamins should have a suffencient amount and some food have it but it is in small quanities. I dont suggest just taking niacin pills however.

Niacin is essential to a healthy diet but too much can cause you to turn bright red, hot and itchy. It's usually found in such low doses in foods, that it won't happen unless you take niacin tablets directly, and too many of them.
