Fetal Macrosomia

I just found out I have a large baby. I'm 36 weeks tomorrow, but it feels like this baby is ready to be born, and all the tests show she's big and healthy.
Anyone else been diagnosed with Fetal Macrosomia?  Did you go into labor naturally? Was it early? Did you induce or choose to schedule a c-section?  I won't do Pitocin again.
I want to try for a VBAC, but I'm almost tempted to just schedule a c-section because I'm so uncomfortable.
I'd love to hear about what other people did in this situation.

They're estimating she's at just over 7 lbs now, and I'm at 36 weeks tomorrow. Thanks for your input!

I was never diagnosed with that, but both my daughters were over 10lbs .  I was induced both times because they were measuring close to 11lbs. One I was induced two days early, the 2nd a week early. I guess the rules have changed here in WA and unless medically necessary they aren't aloud to induce, so this one my 3rd daughter even if shes huge will have to be natural. I had no complications and quick births. Good luck! What are they estimating babies weight at?
