First pregnancy

This is my first pregnancy, I'm happy but I'm also scared out of my mind cause I don't know what will happen or what to expect. Sorry if I seem like I'm asking stupid questions but I never really had my mom around or any family members I could ask questions to.

How can I ease the nausea? Because it really bothers me anything I eat I throw up things I smell make me gag and I just feel miserable:(

Second they say prenatal vitamins? Any specific kind?

I had bad morning sickness in trimester #2 & what helped me was to:
1. Eat smaller portions & eat slowly (fried foods & certain foods /drinks made me nauseated.
2. Ginger ale, candied Ginger, etc. (Ginger) is supposed to help & it helped me Alot!
3. Saltine crackers (they say to eat a few before u
even sit up in bed in the a.m.
4. I take my prenatal vitamins at night bc I would get sick if I took them in the a.m. (always eat before taking prenatals)!
Your baby doc. Should prescribe you prenatal! They can prescribe you the good ones with the right amount of colic acid.  I was taking over the counter gummy prenatal but my obgyn told me over the counter ones don't give u the full amount of colic, etc. That your baby needs each day (for spine n nervous system development ) !! Hope this helps
