I had bad morning sickness in trimester #2 & what helped me was to:
1. Eat smaller portions & eat slowly (fried foods & certain foods /drinks made me nauseated.
2. Ginger ale, candied Ginger, etc. (Ginger) is supposed to help & it helped me Alot!
3. Saltine crackers (they say to eat a few before u
even sit up in bed in the a.m.
4. I take my prenatal vitamins at night bc I would get sick if I took them in the a.m. (always eat before taking prenatals)!
Your baby doc. Should prescribe you prenatal! They can prescribe you the good ones with the right amount of colic acid. I was taking over the counter gummy prenatal but my obgyn told me over the counter ones don't give u the full amount of colic, etc. That your baby needs each day (for spine n nervous system development ) !!
