Skip fast food and processed....shoot for wide range of fruit, vegies, chicken, beef, lamb, fish (2x week certain varieties should be avoided), milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, low fat string cheese or mozerrella....just no moldy or unpasturized soft varieties like blue cheese or goat cheese.

At 24 weeks baby can taste so if you are eating a wide range of foods and spices, they say You may have an easier time introducing these same foods after baby is born and can start eating.

Keep clear of too much sugar....LOL! Wish I could take my own advice on that one!

Whatever sounds good to you, eat eggs, bacon, meat, fish, a variety of veggies and fruits, i looooove turkey burgers so I replace the buns for lettuce.

First off you should reduce the amount of salami. In theory it is not safr for you to eat salamk or cold cuts while you are pregnant because of listeria. They say you should warm it up in the microwave before you eat it. I won't lie, I've had salami as well but I try not to go overboard.

For your question, I've been eating a lottt of fruits. All types of fruits. But also I love eating all wheat bread with crea. Cheese.
