Foods for labour ?

Hello , i am due on 24th sep, cant wait the day , are there any foods for the last weeks , that can help my labour start on time ? Im not feeling anything yet , its my first baby , i want him to come on time :(  , thanks.

On time, especially for first time mom's, can be between 40 and 42 weeks. Your due date isn't necessarily "on time."

You could eat pineapples they contain bromelain which helps you soften the cervix but it would take at least 7 whole pineapples. You would probably most likely end up in the bathroom with the runs.

evening primrose oil is good to buy the 1000mg to take them orally and insert a gel tab in the vaginal the gel tab with a slit to let the oil out. and raspberry tea is good too. Do some more research. Go to gnc or vitamin world. Plus buy urself mothers milk tea to help u produce more milk if ur going to breastfeed ;)
