Getting a new job?

I'm 3 months pregnant and in serious need of a better job. Only thing is I'm scared to even look because I'm pregnant and unmarried. I'm also a little worried about if I do get a new job, having to ask for maternity leave 6 months into working there. Have any of you gone through this? What did you do? Do I tell them during the interview process or after they hire me? I'm just scared no one will want me working for then all big and pregnant. :(

I just started a new job and I'm 15 weeks. I told my boss when she called to ask for an interview because she seemed really nice and I didn't want to waste her time. Turns out my temporary position worked out perfectly for her, and I felt much better about being honest, especially since I got sick at work today.

Its illegal for them to not hire you or fire you for being pregnant I wouldn't say anything about it. Because they could always say it was for another reason that they didn't hire you. But once your hired they can't fire you for being pregnant sooo I wouldn't say anything but that's just me

You are only eligible for FMLA protection for leave if you have been employed for 1 full year by employer. Under 1 year or less than 50 employees and they do not need to hold your position open. I have been with my employer 6 months and will be taking leave, no pay, and they are bringing in a FT temp. Won't let me work PT from home....not even cone back PT in week 5, 6, 7, 8 post baby. Really nothing I can do about it
