I'm 34 weeks and still sleep on my stomach and sides of my stomach. I use my body pillow to keep from putting too much pressure on my belly. I cant lay on my sides due to pinching nerves on my hips. And baby does let me know when he doesn't like it. But I also have always slept on my tummy since Iwas a kkid.

It's safe as long as your comfortable your baby will let you know if they don't like it. I slept on my belly my whole pregnancy.

I have with both of my boys and sometimes it is the only way to get comfy this time too. Just take a pillow and put it under your bottom to help keep your uterus From squishing the large vain that travels from your spine to your hiny all the way down to your legs. As long as one of your legs is angled up not all of the pressure is on it :) good luck getting comfy

I don't do it on purpose but at night I find myself lying more on my belly than on my back. My boyfriend has to roll me over most times. I'm 5 months
