40+5 membrane sweep, help!

So I'm 40+5 and today I got the membrane sweep? How did this work for you other ladies, and is there anything I can do to help it along? Right now I'm contracting every ten minutes. Info or help plzzz

Also had a super spicy curry Thursday night! That helped lol

I had my s+s with my son on the Wednesday & started irregularly contracting & lost part of my show on the Thursday, & I never had him till the Saturday afternoon!
Hopefully your contractions will get closer together & you'll have your little one here by morning! Best of luck x

I hope mine works like that my appointment was at 9:45am this morning and I'm just now contracting I think about every ten mins.

I had it done with my second pregnancy, afternoon apptment and my water broke at midnight that evening had her two hours later:)
