Hard time sleeping

So I hear sleeping on your sides are the best ways to sleep during pregnancy. Well thay doesn't work for me. It hurts so bad. I've tried using a pilliow to kinda ease the pain, it doesn't help. I'm so hopeless and ready for this last month to be over with. And my acid reflux has gotten worse. It's gotten so bad that my throat stays sore. I'm trying to get as much sleep as I can before baby boy gets here, but it's difficult.

I have the same problem - I sleep with a pillow between my knees but my hips always hurt really bad from sleeping on my sides. As for the acid reflux, my doc prescribed me Zantac 150 mg and it has saved my life. All day relief as long as you take it on time. Mine was so bad it didnt matter what I ate, and I'd wake up a million times a night with acid crawling up my throat.

Are you able to sleep propped up somehow? When my hips start hurting, i sleep on our loveseat. I prop a  pillow behind my head & one under my knees. My body is sitting somewhat v shape but its comfy to me. It makea my feet feel good & my hips stop hurting.
