No, but you can look up the safety of the ingredients... Especially the numbing agents.
If you're with just one partner and both monogamous, have fun. But, do keep in mind you can still get STDs and oral ones I've read are more difficult to treat so that's an unnecessary stressor on the pregnancy.

Definitely look up saftey of ingredients... but I was actually given an Oral Anesthetic to help with reflux and heartburn... so if its similar ingredients, it just might be safe!
