If you aren't drinking at least a gallon of water a day, that could be your issue. You need a gallon a day while pregnant to keep hydrated. Dehydration causes headaches and can cause premature dilivery
I had bad headaches i went to the doctors and she told me to always drink alot of water and if i go anywhere to be sure to take a bottle of water. And its helped alot my headaches have gone now im drinking alot

I wasn't taking anything for my headaches at first because I didn't know what meds could harm the baby. During my first appointment my doctor told me that I could take tylenol for my headaches. Nothing else. I hope this helps.
