I was told when I have a headache,  to try some of these things together: drink plenty of water, take a warm shower, drink a Coca Cola, quickly drink a power aid, take tylenol... I rarely have caffeine, so a trio of these usually does the trick (water, coke, and tylenol or water, power aid and tylenol). Headaches could be hormones, low blood sugar, blood pressure, or just a normal thing for some. Just decrease your stress and stimuli, and try a couple of these. If you drink caffeine daily, then coke might not work. You really shouldn't have too much caffeine during pregnancy, so try power aid.

the doctor said I could take a 1000mg of acetametaphin a day, also definitely make sure you're drinking lots and lots of water and getting rest and do things that will help you to not be stressed like take a bath, put a washcloth over your head and lay down for 15 minutes or so and make sure to eat regularly and take your vitamins and talk with your doctor. I'm going through the same thing with headaches I had a migraine for 2 days that was almost debilitating. kaley cuoco some natural remedies for headaches during pregnancy. just make sure you talk to your doctor before taking any sort of over the counter or herbal supplements. headaches are usually a sign of hormonal changes with the baby normal, not sure if your having a boy or girl but some say when you're having a girl you get more headaches because there's more hormone- more estrogen, but that could just be a superstition' either way, keep in contract with your dr.
