Heart Burn!!!

Does anyone know what I can do for my terrible heart burn? I am 8 weeks pregnant.

Tums are safe if you take the recommended dose. I had to take Zantac 150 also because it's gotten so bad.

Tums are perfectly fine. Just within moderation. Just like Tylenol, its okay but not frequently.

Calcium supplements! Not Tums. Bicarbonates can be harmful to baby. Incline sleeping, water, less sodium, and milk will help.

My doctor had me taking Zantac 150 twice a day

Try a little mustard. Baking soda helps too,but you don't want to consume too much salt.
