Heartburn and acid reflux

I have major bad heartburn and acid reflux.  I didn't have it before pregnancy so i know its just part of being pregnate but it is unbarable. I can't eat anything without having acid reflux and even water makes it worse.  What can i do I'm ready for it to stop or at least be bearable for the rest of my pregancy I am 33 weeks as of Monday..  Please heeellppp

Sooooo many TUMS. Ive gone through at least two bottles witg each pregnancy. Warm milk with honey before bed also seems to help cut back on acid reflux at night.

Tums is my lifesaver you can try that. Also milk. Try eating smaller meals my Dr told me. Good luck.

I take chewable tablets, they work fine.

gum helps after each meal, I stick to mminty rather than sweet, as sweet has similar effects
