Tums or I drink a glass of water with a half teaspoon of baking soda mixed in. Works super fast

I drink milk, always helps

I usually get heartburn at evening. I drink a glass of cold milk and it helps. But you have to drink it slowly..

if I get it inthe middle of the night, I turn on to my left side and it usually goes away really quickly.
