Heartburn

Could regular tea with honey help with heart burn or acid reflux

Camomile mint tea with a little milk worked amazing for me my past 2 pregnancies :) I had the worst heartburn ever and nothing the doctor prescribed helped. Someone also told me drinking water with baking soda worked amazing but I never tired that, the idea grossed me out!

Usually tea makes it worse, Well for me it does. Milk is the best thing for everything while pregnant.

I have tried drinking milk eating icecream and anything else I could think of and nothing is helping its gotten so frustrating when I war a blt and the tomatoes give me heartburn or i war cereal and get acid reflux like i be scared to eat because I don't wana have the pain or frustration of having heartburn and acid reflux I get it with ANYTHING literally that I eat or drink

I was just told about zantac from a doc but i had alread taken tums though which were approved and they worked great.

Add a little apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink.

Yes in have an appointmen tomorrow I'm going to talk to the doctor about it and see what they can give to help it ease a little bit if not help it go away completely.
