Heating Pad
Is it safe to use heating pad on low and on my Lower back ? Am 3 1/2 months pregnant. At work I lift so maybe that's what's causing me lil bit of pain

Yes it's fine. I have a lower back injury caused by a drunk driver rear ending me at a red light.. I am 12 weeks n they suggested heating pads @ my doctors office n physical therapy
You should not be lifting AT ALL! Does your doctor know you're doing this?
I use a heating pad on high as long as its just ur back and not ur belly but if it makes u feel better u could also put a small blanket or rag over the pad
