Im 10 weeks and besides sore breasts between weeks 6 and 9 and constantly feeling tired, I dont feel pregnant either. With my last preganancy my morning sickness kicked in around 6 weeks and didnt settle til 16 weeks.
Get yourself some folic acid to take and also vitamin b6. The b6 will help keep the morning sickness settled.

Some women just don't get sick. My friend has 5 kids and wasn't sick for any of them. She felt better being pregnant than she did normally. Everyone is different. Just because you're not barfing your brains out doesn't mean something is wrong. Just make sure you always go to your appointments to make sure all is well.
Congrats.

It's in the spectrum of "normal" to not feel pregnant right now. Count yourself lucky. At 6 weeks my morning sickness started in pretty bad. I am now 9 wks 5 days and just spent the night in the hospital due to hyperemisis. Some women are lucky and don't experience the morning sickness or other "usual" pregnancy symptoms.

Dont worry about it, I was told to feel lucky and enjoy it while I could. I didnt and still have no symptoms, and I am five months.
