It COULD BE [Inferior Vena Cava Syndrome], which is simply compression of the veins in the vena cava, which decreases blood return to the heart, resulting in a slower heartbeat. The baby could be putting pressure on your vena cava. Try lying on your side instead of your back, that should change the baby's position and may relieve you of some discomfort. Hope this helps! :)
I had them before I got pregnant but it don't make me worry it makes me out of breath
I am 29 weeks also. If your doctor says no worries .then no worries. I get really hot a night only. I always keep a cold water bottle next to me. And he is always kicking me. Every one is different when pregrant. Just keep an eye on it
I think it's normal, it's just the way the baby is positioning itself and pressing on something. I'm 29weeks, i been getting the same thing for awhile. I wouldn't call them panic attacks though.
My heart starts beating hard and I feel like it's in my throat. I get hot and start sweating. I just stay laying down and rub where the baby is and she will move, and I'll go back to normal.
They said it weren't anything to worry last time
You need to talk to your doctor about that
