When I got my detailed ultrasound the technition told me there was a little light by her heart that showed up on the ultrasound, my doctor sayed it is an extra chromosome by her heart which can cause downsyndrome it can't cause heart problems but she said 4% of pregnancies have this and their babies come out fine. I got downsydrome tests and it came out negative but im still super worried and scared. Anyone else ever have this extra chromosome thing? ...
My mom had all three downs tests come back negative and my sister was still born with DS. Definitely not accurate. But my sister has been a huge blessing to the family.
They told me the same exact thing, and told me they see it in a lot of woman and most of the time it's noting. Don't get me wrong I paniced but all my tests came back negative also now it's just the waiting game.
