Is it easy to miss seeing the sac as early as 6 weeks?

In my experience yes and no... There's a lot of doctors that wouldn't do an ultrasound so early bc of them not being able to see anything but at 6 weeks or even around 7 u might miss the sac but shouldn't miss the heart beat. It's a lil tic that is really fast. I've had a mc were there was a sac but nothing inside.
