Usually when I have lower back and neck pain I take a hot bath with Epsom salt and ground ginger I got from the baking isle in Wal-Mart and sprinkle both along with bubbles for my relaxing touch and soak for about an hour. Make sure to keep doors and windows closed to have heat relax muscles and its ok to have a glass of cold water whole soaking...It has helped me wonders try it, later put heating pad on when your done and relax...take a nap...
