Senna Leaves
I suffer from constipation. I've always suffered from constipation. I had to take/have a lot of constipation relief tablets.
Now that I'm pregnant I'm wondering if having Senna leaves soaked in water and having it before going to bed is safe?
Would appreciate any other safe tabs/methods during pregnancy.
