Hot Cheetos?

I've been told plenty of times I should stay away from Hot Foods but I've been craving Hot Cheetos soooo bad & wanna know if you moms have ate hot foods during your pregnancy? I'm only a couple of weeks & have not had my first appointment with my OBGYN til Nov. 4. Is it okay to eat hot cheetos or should I pull through without hot foods til than?

Spicy foods are perfectly safe if they were not safe we wouldn't have Indain or mexican or thia babies. Lol the diets in those cultures consist of alot of spicy dishes. In some women spicy food causes heartburn. So eat it slow and only eat what you can tolerate. Also if you have hemroids spicy food can irritate them.

Everyone says this and that is bad, and if we listen to all of it, I'm pretty sure we would all starve. I eat hot food all the time, salsas, chillies,  hot sauce. It's ok to eat spicy food.
