Hot/Cold Flashes
So I sleep with a comforter all year round idk y I just do my bf sleeps under with ne but he prefers to have the ac on other wise he'll kick them off but does anybody sleep under the covers nd get hot take the covers off nd get cold in a couple of seconds. So annoying to me is this normal or can I stop it? Could it just be the baby with me nd her dads weird sleeping habits?

I was fine all the way up until the beginning of this week.. Now I get the hot/cold flashes too. I keep one leg out of the blanket and that pretty much does the trick for me. My bf also always needs the ac running to sleep. Even during winter.
Yes, it's been happening to me for a few weeks now. I just leave my feet or leg out. I just can't deal.
