Thank you wonderful ladies. Unfortunately though its not a ronald mcdonald because of rules they have between males and females. Im scared i may pack too little. Thanks!
I'm not sure if the hospital will allow you to bring much for him. Mainly for risk of bacteria and chance of allergic reactions to soaps and stuff. But for you I'd bring all hygiene items plenty of clothes (those laundry mats get expensive) start preplanning easy meals or make some ahead of time that can be put in the refrigerator and heated in the microwave. Maybe your husband or friends can take turns bringing the premade meals to you weekly? Books, laptop or tablet, maybe some crafts you want to make for when he gets home. Just stuff to pass the time. While you are in the room away from him, you will be so worried you will need something to try to focus on to keep sane. Praying for you and that sweet baby boy!!!
Surgeries? That sounds so scary, I'm really sorry to hear that, and I pray everything will go smoothly for u. As for the packing, I suggest just about everything lol, you can never be too prepared for 2 months, but then again babies are pretty simple in the first couple of months. I would just suggest basic necessities, I'm sure the place u stay will provide most hygiene wise, but don't forget phone chargers, maybe an extension cord incase the outlet is kinda far from bed...honestly the only thing I loved having when my babies were small was swaddling blankets. Felt like I couldn't get enough lol. Hope everything goes well and congrats ♡♡
Are you staying at a Ronald McDonald house? If you are, call them. They're really good at telling you stuff you might need.
Also, they usually have lunches provided that you can eat there or come by and pick up.
They provide a hotel for free. Only comes with sink microwave and fridge:/
Look for hotel with kitchen in rooms so u can cook there is it will save u on food
