Baby help? Plz ftm

So I'll be 37 weeks Tuesday and I'm wondering when did some of you moms feel strong braxton hick contractions and when did you give birth? How many weeks we're you? Soryy just curious as to when my baby boy might decide to make his appearance. Also planning on going natural so any personal experiences on how it went for you and w by at helped you through the pain would be wonderful thanks in advance

Both pregnancies I have strong practice contractions starting around 25week. With my first pregnancy I was in labor on and off again for 2 weeks. Real labor. At 42w3d my body was finally ready to finish the process and I had my daughter intervention free.

I read you can have Braxton hicks and not realize it. Like someone said it's all about pain tolerance. I never felt them with my first. I only felt my true contractions. This time I have cramped a lot and don't know if it's Braxton or not.

Every body's labor is different its all about your pain tolerence. This is my second not as far long as u but my daughter I didn't need anything but then there are other people who can't handle it. I think going natural for as long as u can is the safest thing for you and your baby. Good luck and congrats on your baby.

Stay in warm bath I did that with my first and when I got out that's when I started feeling the contractions when I got to the hospital I was 4 then dilated to a 7 in less than an hour just try not to think about the pain and standing helps while contractions are happening so does walking,
