How to handle two

My boyfriend has his son who is 10 months old, my stepson, although you could call him mine because his mom isn't in the picture and I've been with him since he was 4 months old. My question is with him being so young and me now being pregnant how will I split up the time between him and our newborn (this is my first child BTW if anyone was curious)

I was just asking because your ten month old will be over a year old when the baby gets here. I had the same thoughts when I found out I was pregnant. I talked to my aunt who got pregnant once her second son was only 6 months old. She said take care of the one that needs the most help and when possible play with them together. Once your baby on the way gets here, get your son used to the baby. That way your son never feels left out or like the baby is getting more attention. For the most part, its going to be an "on the job" training experience. When you have your new baby and if you are a great mom (idk u but the fact that your worried is good) then you'll learn as you go and get used to having them both. Plus when the newborn first gets here, it'll need a lot of sleep then sleep less and less and that will also help you get used to the changes.
