To tell if your baby pooped inside you when your water breaks is if there are black/Brown specs in it. Walk a lot. They won't release you from the hospital it your watter has broken and you will be on a time limit they will give you 24 hours to have your baby and then they will push antibiotics. Do not have sex do not put anything inside you because you can get an infection. If you don't want to be induced refuse a hp lock because when your not looking they will hook you up to pitocin.

I have no idea to be honest but have you rung your doc/midwife and told them that your water has broken? You need for them to test it and make sure baby hasn't pooped etc.. If all is good you got 12 hours before infection can start... Good luck hope it goes nice and smoothly for you :)
