How true are myths?

So I'm just curious, I am now pregnant with my second child and with my first I had a girl I had no sickness at all. With this pregnancy I am super exhausted, body aches, nausea, vomiting. So i have heard that usually when your pregnancy is different from the other your having the opposite sex. How true is this? Can anyone relate to this? Im hoping for a boy so hopefully there is sone truth behind that myth lol. My doctor even said maybe its a boy thats y Im so sick!! Hopefully fingers crossed!!! Although i will be happy with whatever god blesses us with!
