I'm wondering how Will I know when my baby is head down, my last appointment I was told he would be a head first baby, but wasn't sure if that meant his head was down or if he just figured?
Your Dr will tell you if the baby is head down.. I would interpret a head first baby as the baby being head down and getting ready for birth..
