Hi @Necce23 Sorry to hear you're not feeling so great. It's COMPLETELY normal to feel emotional ups and downs especially during pregnancy. All the changes your hormones and body are going through don't make pregnancy easy, especially if you feel you have no support. Being pregnant is a pleasant time in ones life! Cheer up (: keep your head up. You could try yoga or taking walks with friends. Exercise is very good for you and baby and it might help your mind sit at ease.
