Coconut oil for stretch marks

So I was  just reading a few people suggested coconut oil for stretch marks, I just googled it and aparently is does work, not to not get them but significantly reduce them and fade any existing stretch marks. BUT I'm now confused as to what oil to buy, I use coconut oil for cooking and I can't seem to find (online) if you use the same oil for cooking as you do skin or is it different?! I'm just abit confused. Thanks :)

Oh great :) wish I'd known all this for my first pregnancy, can't wait to see if it works I'm hoping it does I've only got a few little stretch marks but being my second I'm hopeing I can keep them to a minimum lol thanks ladies

I use that jar for everything.my feet split ends moisturizer massaging my Taint  for childbirth.  Helps with cracked nipples while breast feeding. So many wonderful uses.

I do also only I like to toss mine in a bowl and whip it (with a mixer)  makes it go on a little more like lotion. I try to only whip what i will use in a week or two and keep it in a mason jar.

Hey I have been using coconut oil every day twice a day and it has been helping I use normal cooking one.( Comes in a jar like jam lol) I do this every night and morning
