Prune juice has always worked the best for me. Just like 8oz a day will help keep you regular!
The only problem is they tell me deink more water or eat more fiber but i literally struggle to eat everything. I literally eat 1 meal throughout the course of the day and fruit gives me the worst heartburn. I wish they would just put in a fedding tube lol
Have just had some issues with constipation too :( and my Dr suggested these foods to help if the stool softeners aren't working: prunes or prune juice, dried apricots and especially kiwi fruit. This is only my 2nd but I agree - I seem to be much worse this time around.
I will try that once I leave work. I made a big container of tea last night with a bit of lemon. Wish me luck.
Tea and miralax. I get horrid constipation. Also try eating flax seeds with water, take a walk, get up and move around. Good luck!
