Anyone else experiencing tailbone pain?
I'm 16 weeks with my first child. I have been having terrible tailbone pain. My doctor said it isn't much I can do and it will worsen. Does anyone have tips besides a donut and stretches?
I haven't but I will. Thanks!
Ugh, hate that. I had it. Have you tired a heating pad when sitting? That helps.
